When an accident occurs, we usually look for a culprit without realizing the true causes which are the working environment and the unsafe behaviors.

If we go into details, over 80% of the accidents are caused by human. That is to say, the unsafe behaviors will lead to accidents fourfold over the unsafe environment. Therefore, this course is created to indicate the unsafe behaviors that may lead to the accidents in workplace as well as the approach to contribute safer behaviors and environment.
